Refund policy
We want you to love your Waco Drip items. If something isn’t right, here’s how returns and refunds work:
Return Window
- You have 15 days from receiving your order to request a return.
- For European Union customers, you have a 14-day cooling-off period as required by law.
Eligibility
To qualify for a return, items must be:
- In the same condition you received them (unused, unworn, with tags).
- In original packaging.
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return
- Email us at info@wacodrip.com with your order number.
- We’ll provide the return address.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. (We do not provide prepaid labels at this time.)
- Items sent back without first contacting us will not be accepted.
Damages or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at info@wacodrip.com so we can make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
Some items can’t be returned, including:
- Sale items or gift cards
- Custom or personalized products
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
- Personal care items (beauty products)
- Hazardous materials (flammables, gases, etc.)
Exchanges
If you’d like something different, return your item as above and place a new order once your return is approved.
Refunds
- We’ll notify you once we receive and inspect your return.
- If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10–15 business days.
- Banks and credit card companies may take additional time to process.
- If more than 20 business days pass after approval without a refund, please contact us at info@wacodrip.com.
