Refund policy

We want you to love your Waco Drip items. If something isn’t right, here’s how returns and refunds work:

Return Window

  • You have 15 days from receiving your order to request a return.
  • For European Union customers, you have a 14-day cooling-off period as required by law.

Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • In the same condition you received them (unused, unworn, with tags).
  • In original packaging.
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at info@wacodrip.com with your order number.
  2. We’ll provide the return address.
  3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. (We do not provide prepaid labels at this time.)
  4. Items sent back without first contacting us will not be accepted.

Damages or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at info@wacodrip.com so we can make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items can’t be returned, including:

  • Sale items or gift cards
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
  • Personal care items (beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials (flammables, gases, etc.)

Exchanges

If you’d like something different, return your item as above and place a new order once your return is approved.

Refunds

  • We’ll notify you once we receive and inspect your return.
  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10–15 business days.
  • Banks and credit card companies may take additional time to process.
  • If more than 20 business days pass after approval without a refund, please contact us at info@wacodrip.com.
